I would really like a Android TV based Tivo with some decent specs. That would be bad ass

since I subscribe to all the channels (except EPIX 'cause comcast fucks it up) the Tivo works well for me. Yet the Romio is slow and it makes my Sony 900f Android look like a speed demon
I love my tivo premiere but as years have gone on it became used less and less. For one the interface for streaming services is awful because of how slow it is to find and play what you want through the interface. Second the cost is pretty high considering. If they have an android TV powered tivo at a decent cost for lifetime service I'd be all in. Cross the shield tv with a 4 tuner ota tivo and they'd have my money as long as it's not $500 with lifetime.
