After some random searching on the Android TV App Store, I happened to stumble across the History Channel, A&E, and FYI app. I was able to successfully install it on my Shield Android TV. The app requires a cable login but it definitely works!

They launched nearly 2 months ago and was reported in Reddit and also on Android Police.
Could not for the life of me get the latest episode of Vikings to cast to my Shield yesterday. I'm glad I saw this regardless of whether or not it's old news, it's new to me so I thank you! Is there a proper Syfy app yet?
So i cant log into my profile to save my viewing progress on the a&e app but i can on history channel. I can log in with my tv provider though. Anyone else having this issue? It just constantly keeps filling up the loading bar then resetting
Do they require cable logins?
