Two boxes with same hardware. one will run hulu, one says "not supported" in PlayStore. Whats the difference, and how do I get it to work? (The one with the 32GB is the one that says its incompatible)

App publishers can blacklist hardware devices for various reasons. Could be technical, could be business.

After a quick search it looks like the + model has full blown Android whereas the original may use Android TV which is limited on the store apps. You may need to verify the original isn't Android TV.
