Mibox running kodi streams most everything over a local wifi. No built in ethernet but you can get a converter. It's not fancy but simply does the job. Some people had issues with oreo update, many work fine after update.
Cheapest: MECOOL Pro W with its included Wireless USB dongle mini remote. Run LibreELEC or CoreELEC Kodi on it. That combo will be good enough for up to 24p 4K HDR Bluray Rips playback with Atmos audio if content is streamed from a USB Hard drive.
This sub is for official Android TV devices, not generic android boxes.
The MiBox is the cheap option, it works fine. If you want something more powerful the Nvidia Shield is the best Android TV device out there.
