In order to upgrade system on TCL you will need to download system file on usb stick, connect it and restart TV using power button and plus or minus button under screen (where the light is in the middle) . Pop up with option to upgrade system should show.

TIL TCL sells Android TVs in a lot of countries, but the US. Only Roku TVs here :-/
