My Mi Box 3 cannot read Pen Drives

My Mi Box 3 is on the latest firmware. I have tried formatting my USB 3.0 HP 16 GB Pen Drive in FAT32 and NTFS formats both but it doesnt show up on my Mi Box 3. I tried checking via the ES File Explorer app too but still no luck. What could be the problem?

Very strange might want to try a factory reset. I've never had a problem reading a usb drive on my Mi Box. Usually use X-plore to browse them, VLC to play videos off them etc.

I've had the same problem while having USB debugging enabled. As soon as i disabled it, usb pen drives started to work.
