It is a test beta build, only two users got it. I just tested it. It does switch refresh rate in Kodi once you set it up correctly. My system refresh rate is set to 60. When playing movies, it switches to 23.98. Any idea how to test other apps?
I can’t wait for final release, is all I want since a year now.

I have noticed more often than not while playing movies on the Mi Box that when there are panning camera movements or any straight movements (like during the end credits for instance), the image stutters and is jerky... it's incredibly annoying. I'm not even sure my old mecool android box did that. I've tried different settings on the Mi Box and my TV as well to no avail. Could this update help with this issue?

From the size, looks like nothing more than a security update, if it's not only bug fixes for beta testers..?
Just checked my SO's Mi Box, nothing there even after rebooting, so as I initially figured, something for the beta lot.
For the love of god just fix the button so it can be powered on without having to pull the plug every time!
