Still having lag after back from sleep on mi box?

I found lot of posts from 2 and 3 months ago about this issue, but none resolved. Is it possible?

By any chance is your HDMI CEC off?

I have the same problem since last Oreo update. I hope next update fix this issue. I dont know if Mi Box S (that have Oreo 8.1.0) have the same problem.

Never had this issue on my three MiBoxes. Only issue I had in fact was sound stutter with 5.1 DD+ on Netflix and Prime. Otherwise everything works flawlessly.

I had the same issue and it was driving me mad. What solved it for me wasn't a setting on the box but on the TV. I changed the HDMI setting to UHD 4:2:0 and turned the image motion settings to off. Not saying it'll work for everyone but it worked perfectly for me.
