so, i'm lucky , i don't know what happened in my pc,,,, i launched adb and it started in my pc, i made a backup of my android,,,,,,,,,,but the previous command for SYSTEM_ALERT_WINDOW not working for me i have this command found in the web and it started with me
adb shell pm grant com.chaozhuo.gameassistant android.permission.SYSTEM_ALERT_WINDOW
and it works for all apps in android .

hello, i followed all in comments, but my problem is my android tv skyworth 43g6 is not detected by my pc windows 7, i indtalled all pakage of sdk and drivers and adb, it’s not possible , i verfied usb debugging id enab’ed in my android tv, i don’t know what made for windows 7 detect my android tv, in official site skyworth i don’t find information, i think if i can detect my android tv it will be okay, i bought a cable male usb to male usb and connecting many times and reboot but not working ?????? please help
