The best Android Tv experience is on an Nvidia Shield (220 CAD$) but for around $90 Cad you can get the xiaomi mi box s hoping that the experience gonna get a lot better with Pie. It's still usable but definitely not flawless.
Fire TV Stick 4K. Got it for $55 last week. Runs Kodi just fine and you can sideload pretty well anything on it.
I had a cheap Chinese Android Box for 2 days before I sent it back. For actual Android TV you'll need a Mi Box or Nvidia Shield.
There's not a lot of choices of Android TV boxes...
the best option under 100 is the Ematic Jetstream from walmart. i have a shield and one of these and honestly it performs almost as well as the shield for basic viewing purposes and has ethernet which mibox does not.
Are you going to speak to the box in some strange Canadian dialect?
I just use my phone and chromecast for like $40 CAD
T95ZPlus
Telus Pik TV. Have 3 of them.
