Hi everyone,

I have a Zidoo X6 Pro that I purchased back in March of '17. But I'm having trouble playing 4K content on it. I was wondering if anyone had any ideas as to what might be wrong?

Is it just the file I'm trying to play, or do you have to do something special to enable 4K playback?
