Need Subtitle Help!!

Chinese subtitles are no longer working for me. I am using an android box with latest version of Cyberflix. When I choose play with subtitles, I can only get English through open subtitles and subscene. Makedie says “no data”, and Sub HD has the subtitles visible, but says “failures I extract, please choose other subtitle”for all the subtitles available. Also if I try to download them externally, it always say no subtitles found. This is the same no matter which player I use, and I’m experiencing this issue only recently. The subs used to work a majority of the time. If I try using subs in kodi, they work a little better but in general kodi doesn’t run that well for me. Can anyone help with this issue?
