Hi, I bought this tv a month ago and whenever i change the input to any hdmi ports I get this pop up that says "tv storage has quit" the only option to click is close app then this redirects me to the home screen. I don't know what to do I have already reset it back to factory settings a few times and went trough all of the menus and can't seem to find anything that helps. would there be an easy fix that I am missing or should i take it back to the store?
