I've got a HDHomeRun hooked to an OTA Antenna, works fine..

you might try searching youtube, bet there are a few pirate streams not obvious.

could try a free trial of an online cable service, like Hulu or Fubo.

I'm watching the game via the NFL app on my Nvidia Shield.

I'm chromecasting from the cbs sports app. But it keeps dropping.

Depending on location try locast.org in one of the browsers

elgenes

you can download Fubo tv apk version 4.6.0 and watch it from there. Sign up for a free trial. 6 mbit stream 720p 60 fps

WeDriftEternal

I think Yahoo Sports is streaming the game for free, but I don't know if they have an app, but I bet you can find a way to push that stream to your Android TV one way or another

The same CBS sports app on an Android phone can play live streams and can cast from a phone to an Android TV. It seems to break about every five minutes, but it somewhat works.

Needless to say, the description on the CBS sports app is HIGHLY misleading.

Andrroid

Cbs all access

trelemar

Puffin browser, cbs is streaming the game on their site for free
