Yup, your box is not certified for Netflix DRM.
Android TV boxes require stronger certification to run Android TV versions of HBO GO, Netflix and other streaming apps. You could install non-Android-TV versions (for example, Netlix 4.16 APK available on here which should work up to 480p), but you would require an air-mouse to use them, which defeats the purpose of Android TV.
