I just bought a Mi Box but I believe it is broken.
It doesnt start or pair with my TV. I tried two different TVs, different ports and differents HDMI cables.
I have a PS4, an Apple TV and they work fine.
My TVs just wont pair with the device. There is a white light so Im not sure whats the problem. I searched and tried using the reset thing (center button + back button) and I even saw youtube videos, but I dont even get to the first set up screen for the remote.
Any recommendation?
I had the same thing happen to mine. I contacted Xiaomi and they are fixing/replacing it even though it's out of warranty. I would exchange it for another if you can or you could try downloading the system update and flashing that but it didn't work for me.
