I mean I guess you might be able to find an android TV emulator, but I am not sure how you would get remote control or if it would even work well
Why do you need android tv ? Connect mac to tv, buy Bluetooth keyboard with trackpad and use macos
Try running AppleTV instead.
You'd be better off running something like LibreELEC.
Geez that would be nice. It's unbelievable how much stuff is Android box only.
Mac computers have been on x86 architecture for about 13 years, so you might be able to boot the Android TV x86 project on a separate partition. That said, the project is very limited and buggy at the moment. You are probably better off running Android TV in an emulator.
