hi guys recently got a xioimi mi box, its been working fine however my AirPods don't seem to pair with the box, they are picked up when searching for them but everytime i pair it states couldn't pair. My bose wireless headphones work fine with it. Anybody have any idea of the issue

Apple... Never compatible with anything else than another Apple... Typical.
I've connected Mi Box to my Bluetooth speakers and Bluetooth PS4 controller and it worked perfectly so it's probably yet another Apple compatibility issue
Managed to get it fixed just restarted the Mibox
I can pair the Xiaomi Mi Box with the Apple AirPods. However, the volume is quite low even though I adjust it to the maximum level with the remote control. Is your volume level ok?
Haven’t tried with the mi box but I was able to get them working fine with the shield.
