Pokemon TV has been available on Android TV for quite some time.
It just updated to 3.0. I think the different rows are organized chronologically now and different rows represent volumes.
Wow, makes me realize once again that Google does a really shitty job at promoting Android TV apps, I actually was making a list a while back which would have included all working Android TV video apps, maybe i'll finish it some time and post it.... maybe :)
