My Sony 900x doesn't show channel list on fullscreen. The tv conent is showing properly on full screen. Does anyone have experience in tweaking settings so the channel browsing is also full screen?

I am researching getting a TV running on Androud specifically to use with STBemu app. And for Google assistant. Any peculiarities with using STBemu on such a TV vs a cheap Android box ? Does channel flipping and browsing thru the various app menu work ? And which is a good brand ? I see Sony as one of them and looks like Phillips also. Wish I could do this with Samsung but it runs Tizen. Sony TVs are expensive compared to Samsung. My current TV is a Samsung from 2013.
Hold your ok button until side bar comes up.
Go into Settings > Profiles > Choose Profile > STB Configuration >Screen Resolution > 1280x730.
Apply and reload the app.
