Hey guys, hoping someone here can help me as ive tried everything I can think of.

Updated my XBR-55X700D and now I am unable to control volume. The slider goes up and down but nothing changes. I can set to zero or mute and still hear sound.

I tried all the sound options, unplugging the tv and letting it rest, and a factory reset but no go.

Anyone have a miracle for me?
