Dolby Vision, Dolby Atmos (TrueHD), HDR10+ Media Box

Is there any media box that will have compatibility with both HDR formats (Dolby Vision and HDR10+) alongside TrueHD Atmos passthrough?

I am thinking of finally making the switch towards a new TV and was researching if there is any universal media box. Panasonic announced a TV with both formats of HDR and accompanied by an Atmos AVR, I could get both sound and video at the best quality. The only issue is that the Panasonic will most likely not have eARC so I need a central media box to send to the receiver first and then to the TV.

I just did an Nvidia survey about the Shield TV and It specifically asked me if Dolby Vision was something I desired. I would guess from that that they are trying to figure out if there is enough demand to pay the licensing fee, which is not cheap.

TrueHD Atmos? You mean for rips? The Nvidia Shield can do this but no Dolby Vision or HDR10+. There really isn't any universal player. The Apple TV 4K (although no HDR10+ and no TrueHD Atmos) and Fire Stick 4K come close.

HDR10+ in 2018 = LOL - lets see if it gets better support in 2019.... DV is dominating...

DolbyVision or even properly licensed and implemented Dolby Audio support for remixing/downmixing audio = ROFL for any external HDMI connected Android TV media player.

4K HDR YouTube = a Fire TV Stick 4K & the Mi Box and Jetstream 4K Ultra HD with the sideloaded SmartYouTube App. Plus the Chromecast Ultra.

4K HDR Play Movies = Chromecast Ultra - the Shield cannot even decode VP9 Profile 2 that Google's. 4K HDR Play Movies or 4K HDR YouTube uses. Unsure about Mi Boxes and Jetstream.

Home Networked streaming - HDR10 only Bluray Rips + Lossless Atmos = NVIDIA Shield or even better a dedicated CoreELEC Kodi Leia media player.

As already mentioned only the discontinued Oppo 203/205 will playback DV Bluray Rips.

Apple TV 4k has only Dolby Atmos for streaming apps like Netflix, amazon prime..... Not Dolby Atmos passthrough. I use Infuse app for local archives and Dolby Atmos is not permitted by apple.
