Netflix not working properly

I recently purchased a Sony XBR65X900E and I really enjoy it, except for one thing: Netflix doesn't work properly. More specifically Netflix exclusives will not load. For the first few weeks it was working fine, then all of a sudden I couldn't watch what I wanted to. I can still watch non-netflix shows just fine, but the exclusives won't load. I've tried factory resetting, uninstalling Netflix and reinstalling it. I hoped the recent update to Oreo might fix it, but I'm still experiencing the same issue. When I select a Netflix exclusive, it'll start to "load" and start counting up, stop at 20%, then jump to 99% after a minute or so, then just stay stuck there. Netflix works fine on all my other devices (PS4, Android phone and tablet).

I haven't been able to find any help from Google

Factory reset your TV?

This worked for me on my mix box. Uninstall all Netflix updates (under the Netflix app there should be a uninstall updates option) , go to the play store and prevent Netflix from updating.
