I recently purchased a Sony XBR65X900E and I really enjoy it, except for one thing: Netflix doesn't work properly. More specifically Netflix exclusives will not load. For the first few weeks it was working fine, then all of a sudden I couldn't watch what I wanted to. I can still watch non-netflix shows just fine, but the exclusives won't load. I've tried factory resetting, uninstalling Netflix and reinstalling it. I hoped the recent update to Oreo might fix it, but I'm still experiencing the same issue. When I select a Netflix exclusive, it'll start to "load" and start counting up, stop at 20%, then jump to 99% after a minute or so, then just stay stuck there. Netflix works fine on all my other devices (PS4, Android phone and tablet).
I haven't been able to find any help from Google
Any advice?
Factory reset your TV?
