Just bought my Jetstream 4k box today. TV launcher is better than the old days. However, I can't access my WD Elements 500 GB usb3 drive. I thought it would be added to the front panel automatically. Maybe my expectations are still too much. Anyway, I tried to access the external drive with ESS Explorer and it couldn't see it. The drive activity light lights up for a while then stays steady - just as you suppose it would in normal operation. Clues?
