External NTFS USB drive supported on Jetstream 4K?

I guess I need to ask this question another way...... I want to play back home videos stored on an external WD Elements 500 GB USB drive formatted NTFS. The Jetstream 4K HD has two USB ports. Has anyone gotten an external HDD to work with it? -=Ken=-

It's quite rare that any electronics support NTFS, since it's Microsofts proprietary FS and would require a license to use.

Have you tried fat32?

This is disgusting! So little progress in five years. Even Apple supports NTFS! Here are two current Android products that support NTFS:
