OP, just select reboot system now and it should boot back to the normal OS.
Were you trying to root your android tv device for some raisin?

What happens when you select Reboot System Now? Does it reboot back to this menu, or does it boot into the OS?
Not sure, but do you have an SD card inserted? If so, try remove it and click restart.
Could have crashed or the internal flash memory is dead. If rebooting the system doesn't work do a factory wipe reset which of course erase everything back to stock. Looks like it tried to update and failed.

Download the firmware from manufacturers website copy to SD card and select update from SD.
Should reset everything to factory with latest update.
I had a same screen, when my TV was 3 days old. I pressed the first solution and my Tv crashed. Went back to strore and them replaced with a New one.
I would see if they have their rom or image somewhere on the interwebz and try to flash her back to the original image. Its a pain the butt but I've been able to save many a Android boxes that way. Its similar to flashing a phone with a image you will need Android studio or the proper drivers and probably a six pack.
Throw it in the firepit, all hope is lost.
The fact that shit like this can happen makes me really regret getting an android TV. I love android but a TV should never get such issues. Much better to just get some other TV os and buy an android box I guess..
Sorry a but off topic j have no idea how to fix this. I guess you'll have to download a rom on a USB stick?

really hope you weren't trying to r00t your smartTV, that wouldn't be very smart at all....
Just press reboot system. There's nothing to worry about, you've just booted into into the device's recovery. Selecting reboot system now will boot into android normally.
