Avoid the Mi Box. Any of them. The Jetstream is $69 at Walmart. I've had zero issues with it. Can't say the same for the two different Mi models I have. And I own a Shield as well.
A look at all the posts about Mi box issues should be enough to make you avoid it.
I have the shield. Worth the extra money for constant updates. Good support community. Solid machine.
Third referral for Mibox. Has virtually the same interface as the Nvidia Shield, minus a few ancillary features that you wouldn't notice. It's also a 3rd of the price of an Nvidia Shield.
