I have 100bmps down my Nvidia shield is wired to my router with ethernet and still I get buffering every 5 minutes. I can't think it's anything but a poorly designed app. Anyone else having issues?

I get occasional buffering. It used to be worse, so something improved for me over time. The app is pretty terrible though.
It's HBO. Their streaming app has always been terrible regardless of the platform.
The app itself is God awful, but in other ways. I don't have buffering issues.
