Have a Philips Oled and it just upgraded to Oreo, the interface shows rows with videos on Youtube and Haystack etc, some of them are autoplay and I don't like that. Can we disable this somewhere?

Yes, go to the bottom and click customise channels. You can choose which apps you want to appear in play next. Removing it totally I’m not sure tho.
On the Shield it's in Settings, Home screen "Enable video previews" and "Enable audio previews".
Check if you have it. I don't know if these were standard ATV 8 settings or modified by Nvidia.
