T98 Pro connects to internet via browser but unable to connect to any apps including filelinked. What's going on?! How to I fix this?

Connect to apps? You mean the file linked web site?

The T98 Pro doesn't run Android TV, it runs Android.  You might have better luck searching xda or /r/android.
