Hi folks, first time posting here so apologies if this is the wrong place. I've had my Philips TV for a few months and it was recently updated to the latest version of android TV. Since then I've had issues where the qwerty keyboard on the back of the remote doesn't work. Apparently this is a common issue with the remote and it needs to be paired but it fails to pair every time I try. I've restarted the TV (through the settings) but no luck.

Also prior to the update and also since, I've been unable to set a static ip. The option is there to select but nothing happens when I do. I've contacted Philips support via twitter and they recommend I call them but thought I'd ask here first in case anyone had any similar experiences.

Any ideas? Any and all suggestions or comments are welcome.
