The only way I know is using Chrome.

When Casting from Chrome to your AndroidTV/Chromecast, you'd be presented with two options and one of which is to cast the whole screen (with optional audio pass-through too).

If you are willing to pay, you could install AirPin Pro ( http://www.waxrain.com/product_en.html )

I installed it for mac screen mirroring and I had better results than casting via Chrome. It also works with windows if you install AirPin Sender on Windows.

If you don’t mind the lag/quality, stick with Chrome.
