I successfully installed the Amazon Prime video app (4.2.43-nvidia-armv7a) on my Hisense H9E plus. Regular videos work great, but when I try to stream any of the amazon content in UHD (4K), it always gives me the error:
"We're unable to play your video at this time. Please try again in a few minutes or contact Amazon Customer Service"
would an updated version of the Prime Video app help, or is it blocked due to it being 4k content and the DRM is "upgraded" for it? The TV supports 4k for all other packaged and/or available apps (Netfix, Youtube, etc.) . Any help that can be provided would greatly be appreciated. Thanks!
I guess this on my Mi Box running the most recent APK I could find as of Sunday so I could watch The Grand Tour. I also get this alert but it's usually after the video plays fine for 20-30 minutes.
I keep hoping an update will fix it but I always have to switch over to my PS3 to finish the show.
