Thanks everyone! I ran it overnight to see if it was just stuck for a few minutes, but it was the same result. I pulled to plug and the update resumed and works now! Thank you for your help!
Take a close look at the 3D circle thing, and if it has stopped "turning" then android has locked up.
When this happens, I just unplug my unit and then plug it back in, and it usually finishes the update successfully.
How long? Wait a few hours then pull the plug.
Happened to mine and my brothers. It's fine to cut the power.
It does same for me Every update simply plug off power and reconnect it will flash firmware again
I had the same issue. Waited about 20 mins then cut the power.
Broken updates are standard Xaomi operating procedure.
After 10 mins, I pulled the power, waited 30 secs, and plugged it back in. Update rolled along fine and I'm enjoying the Mibox again!
