Anyone else having audio problems with the MLBtv app? Audio mutes on it's own but come backs if I lower/raise the volume.

Yeah, I have had to use Chromecast For MLB.tv many times, issue will go away and come back too. Re install fixes temporarily but it always comes back, no issue over Chromecast side.
