Twitch.tv just updated for androidtv (big overhaul)

If you are like me and use twitch on xbox and androidtv/nvidia shield you would of noticed something odd in the last couple of month. While other versions of twitch got new features and new interface, the androidtv version was left behind. Well this morning I was going to turn on twitch and it messed up bad and not loading. After clearing data and cache, twitch loaded up with the newer interface. Also after logging in again I noticed they fixed alot of the most annoying bugs and problems from the old version.

The old version was buggy as hell for me on my Sony TV. This release has fixed all the bugs.

My youtube is experiencing an error while playing videos after exiting the new twitch app. Every time I need to use youtube I have to force twitch app close to work correctly. Anyone else with the same problem? (MIBOX3)

I’m getting a really annoying bug with this version. After watching a stream, and then opening up a video on YouTube, I get a complete black screen after the YouTube ad. Have to pull power and plug it in again

Previously it was a 25MB app now it is 200MB. WTF? Ugly as hell. Not at all at Android TV UI guidelines.

Been using it for a couple weeks now. It seems my app has finally stopped logging me out at random. Crazy how long it took for them to fix that but I'm glad that shit is done with and I don't have to use my PS4 for Twitch anymore.

I previously complained that is was dead on Android TV, I wiped my Nexus Player just to test the update and here's what I found, the previous version (4.5.5) refuses to even launch on a fresh newly reset system with my 1080 monitor, so I wasn't wrong there, but the new version is working fine and looks exactly like the Fire TV version, thanks to the Devs for the update, it's alive :)

Even after clearing data/cache? Rebooting TV, uninstalling/reinstalling?
