This just started Friday/Saturday.. the first image will pop up for a flash then the screen goes black.
We're getting tired of accidently turning the tv off.
Just curious if anyone else has this problem. I am hoping to not have to factory reset this.
It pulls photos from Google+. Its closed now.
If you haven't choose any other category through Google Home app ambient mode settings you will experience that problem. I have set 4 Mi boxes 3, 1 Mi box 4 and Shield TV to show Featured Photos and Fine Art.
Now they only show fine art aka paintings. Under Featured photos was written Google+ and Getty images now only Getty images.
You have 4 options to choose like Featured photos (Google+), Fine Art, Space/Earth, Street art. I hope they will replace the beautiful photos.
I have on my Mac a screensaver that pulls photos from Google+ like Google cast this still working.
