Currently using the panasonic 4k smart tv that used the crappy mozilla os. i am getting the mi box s mainly for gaming asphalt 9 or gba,ps1,ppsspp emulator.
my tv`s come with netflix,amazonprime,iflix,youtube so video streaming isnt the problem except twitch and spotify.
so anyone with mi box s can recommend me getting this instead of chinese android box? thanks.

That’s not good advice. So asphalt takes something like 600 megabytes of storage I think. And depending on how many Roms you’ll be playing you’ll take up a sizeable chunk of storage space for sure. Can you guess how much? If you keep under 2 gigabytes you should be good with the mi box. Just make sure to leave around 1 gigabyte or free space. Mi box updates have been coming in at 700 megabytes and you don’t want to hit into the “lack of space” issue. The mi box is an excellent android tv box, and the constant comparison to the shield, a 160+ euro device that is clearly not in the same league is absurd. Of course the shield is better, but then again the shield isn’t being sold for 60 euros now is it?
Nvidia Shield is amazing for gaming and lesser demanding things (like streaming)
If you're planning (which are currently not) to stream, then get mibox, if not.. Nvidia is the way to go
U better off getting the Nvidia shield if ur into gaming. The mibox S doesn't have much storage and u definitely gonna need an external hard for more storage. I have both and there great devices.
