I don't see anyone report this but it happens to me all the time now... Live Channels app is always losing connection to the Pluto EPG... I have to reload it from channel sources, everyday.

I would like to know the answer to this one, too. I only have about 15 channels showing on the grid. I have to reload the source then select those channels again. It’s a real pain. For some odd reason my Stream+ doesn’t have this issue.
For me it happens everytime Pluto TV adds or removes a channel. At that point, I have to get Live Channels to reload the available channels from Pluto. I wish this would auto-sync because I've got to train everyone what to do whenever this happens.
I was having similar issues and this what I did to fix it. Go to Settings then Apps. Scroll down til you find "Live Channels" and select it. Then go down to Permissions and select it. Now for me it shows 2 types of permissions and more are hidden under "Additional Permissions". If its the same for you then click on "Additional Permissions" and turn on "read all TV listings".
Now back out and try Live Channels again. Once I've done this Live Channels started updating using Pluto TV as a source like its supposed to.
