Though i use TPKv3 for paid IPTV, my favorite free live apk is USTVHUB from here because im in usa, and it has the channels i like.
Problem is, no matter which rotator or set orientation app i use, this app will NOT work on my shield OR Sony Android tv!
It only works on phone.
I refuse to cast, i just dont like casting, and this app basically forces you to.
I would be the most grateful reddittor of all time if someone could help me fix USTVHUB to play on android tv???

Some apps just don't work on Android TV. Try USTV ( http://www.mdcgate.com/apps/detail?appid=8&platformid=6 ). It's my backup to IPTV in Kodi and Mobdro. It has a decent selection of US channels. Works with Android TV but needs a mouse to interact with UI (or Mouse Toggle app). Set Orientation ( https://www.apkmirror.com/apk/eyes-free-project/set-orientation/set-orientation-1-1-4-release/set-orientation-1-1-4-android-apk-download/ ) is not required but makes life easier.
