Your issue isn't with Amazon or Google, it's with Mi; so don't expect Amazon or Google to solve your problem. It's up to the TV manufacturer.
In the US at least (don't know about India), Prime has different entries for HD and UHD content of the same show/movie. You pick the one you want. Don't pick UHD, problem solved.

AndroidTV, get an Nvidia Shield. If you just want to watch Netflix and Amazon, get a Roku. Forget the "Smart" TV.
