Xiaomi Mi Box S Dolby Vision

Before everyone tells me to get a Shield, lol. What do you guys think the possibility of the Mi box S getting a dolby vision update is? Does it require special licensing that would make the box cost more?

I love my Mi box S, works great. Just wish it had dolby vision, so I wouldnt have to use the built in netflix app on my vizio, instead of the one on the box (just 4k/HDR10).

Shield has no Dolby Vision. Actually their user interface is 1080p in 2019!

Ditch the Mi Box S and get Fire TV Stick 4K , it already supports Dolby Vision (and HDR10, HDR10+ and HLG).
