What kind of games are you talking about? AAA game's weird cousins or indie games?
"Diablo Immortal", "Call of Duty: Mobile", and "Forza Street" are in the pipeline. If they can at least support controller, we'll have a much better chance to get them work on Android TV. We'll see.
For indie games, "This War of Mine: Stories - Father's Promise" was just released and officially supports Android TV. As a spin-off of the main "This War of Mine" game, it's a little bit short but still worth playing.
I am wasting so much time on "Pocket City" these days. It's the SimCity game EA never gave us on mobile device. Works fine on Android TV in landscape mode with a mouse. Just need to sideload it and create a Leanback launcher.
Also there's "Stardew Valley" released a few weeks ago. It supports game controller now with recent updates. Still needs to be sideloaded though.
