Trying to chromecast from android smartphone to android TV. Anybody know a way to do this I have subscriptions to both pia and nordvpn but they assign different IP address all the time meaning chromecasting of my region locked content wont work. I have had a look at openvpn but I'm confused by it.
Chromecast won't work with vpn unless it's at the router level.
