I have access to Rogers Anyplace TV, TSN TV and SportsNet Now.
I can watch them all on my laptop, plugged into my TV via HDMI but with my Nvidia shield running Android TV I can't seem to find any way to watch them. No apps, and going to any of those sites using puffin browser gives me an unsupported browser error.
For the hell of it try Brave browser. I’m curious to see if it works.
The TSN videos support casting too, not sure about their live action though.
Live in the States so cannot test it.
rogers bell telus and shaw they all have iptv apps supporting android but android tv so only way to watch them is to change box. not sure if they support apple tv but most likely no. cbc news has app for android tv but it plays much less content than the android version so basically its just useless.
the Canadian canals are all on live net tv
You can play and use the official app's make sure you're box is unrooted
If you want to stream using a browser you can use buffing tv browser
You can talk to Rogers try to get the android TV apk they have it
They all have Android phone apps - you can sideload to the shield they may work
