It sounds like you want an Android box, which would not actually be running the Android TV operating system. I wouldn't recommend getting an Android box.
The only widely available Android TV box at that price is the Xiaomi MiBox.
There are plenty of Android Boxes (not running Android TV, but straight Android meant for a phone/tablet) at that price, but as Jimbo said, they're just not worth it.
Mi Box S and forget those cheap Chinese Android boxes.
Android TV is where it's at for support and long term life.
