Wi-fi/ethernet not connected, when it is...? (Philips 55PUS6401)

Every twenty minutes or so my TV pops up and tells me that the wi-fi is not connected (when it is), and if I hardwire it I'll have a similar message, but this one saying that the ethernet is not connected.

I've tested NetFlix on both occasions and it's quite clearly working.

TV in question is a Philips 55PUS6401, upgraded to the latest firmware.

Anyone else having this issue? Any idea how to fix? Thanks!

I started seeing a similar popup when I turn on my Sony XBR-55x700D (which would then immediately go away) after it got the Oreo update. But only when I turn it on. Never during use.

Just to update this, I've had to unplug the ethernet and disconnect the wi-fi and it seems to have worked, ironically.

Of course, I've totally lost access to the Android element of the TV - fortunately I run everything off of my PS4 - if I didn't, I'd be pretty annoyed right now.
