Hi all. My Sony TV KD-43X7500F has a problem and I hope somebody can help me. After sideloading some apps I was able to close it last night without any problem. This morning as I started it, it goes on a loop. After reaching the home screen it restarts without giving me a chance to go to a menu. And it is in a loop like this. Now I want to factory reset it. Does anybody know the combination in the remote control to give me a screen to reset it? Thanks a lot and I will appreciate it very much.

I had a similar issue on a Bravia slightly older model. It needed new parts. I tried every rest method online. They had to replace what is essentially the android phone part of the android tv
As a follow up to my problem, I did a factory reset by following the procedures from the Sony support website. Actually my model is not covered by the procedure but I just followed it anyway.
And my TV is back to being new again.
