I am trying to use the live tv app because the HDHomeRun is terrible but it constantly asks me to setup network tuner even after I already did it. I don’t understand why this built in app is so buggy.

Same on my mi box. even worse because it wakes my TV each time
I had the same and solved it; can't recall clearly what I did, but I think:
uninstall updates and clear app data from settings.
re-install updates.
Open the app and ONLY select HDHomerun as a source (ignore the 'antenna' source).
On a separate issue, scrolling has gone haywire in this app for me, on 2 different shields. When I scroll for more than a couple of seconds it's like I've also pressed the left or right button, and it jumps around the timelines or scrolls through channel groups.
Anyone else experiencing this?
