I used to like ES just for that Now i need alternative to quickly transfar apk's/videos(not via cast). If its possible I would like to accses the files on my phone via wifi it can be great.

Personally switched to MiXplorer. Has to be sideloaded, but works great for transferring files.
I use AnExplorer or Solid Explorer
Solid Explorer works for me.
